Our areas of expertise include: Residential Sales, Luxury Home Sales, Farms, Commercial Sales & Leasing, Investment and Real Estate Consulting. We serve the Greater Louisville Metro area, in addition to Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt & Spencer Counties. Proudly, we are a top producing team, ranking among the top 2% of real estate agents in overall production with Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
Our real estate business philosophy is built around 3 principles: providing exceptional client service & guidance, expertise in the current local market & real estate trends and getting results for our clients. We are passionate about our work and sincerely love what we do for a living. Libby is a proud 2003 graduate of the University of Louisville, holding two undergraduate degrees in Interior Architecture + Design and Fine Arts with a Concentration in Printmaking. She spent two years post-graduation working in the interior design field, building a skill set which have certainly carried forward into her real estate career. Prior to her licensure, she managed Jack Fry’s Restaurant (one of Louisville’s premier fine dining establishments) where she learned business management, the essence of customer service and the meaning of hard work.
Libby is mother to 2 wonderful daughters and wife to an amazing and supportive husband, who has served the real estate industry as a licensed home inspector. As a family, they enjoy outdoor recreation, the arts, philanthropic endeavors and new experiences. Mentoring newly licensed agents and teaching community classes about real estate are also part of her mission.
